Deliveries - in 2017/2018

Every year we have experienced the same conundrum: how to get our product to you?

Couriers are not delicate people, the anger fumes of traffic adding to their daily stress... so, most companies forbid costumers to send oils, no matter how well packaged, and it's a yearly treasure hunt to find the ones that allow it.

UPS came to the rescue this year and albeit pricey they are very reliable. We managed to ship 15L for £17.50 to Kent this winter, so the good news is that the prices of these special deliveries are dropping - in comparison to last year's £29.00.

When you order through the website, at checkout you will be asked to choose a delivery option.

For outside London - outside the M25 - we use UPS.

For deliveries inside the M25 - London, the options are two:

1) Register for a free delivery here (for orders of more than 1L). Check on the homepage under next delivery when we are planning the next trip around town. Depending on orders - we aim at doing the rounds roughly once a month. For anything under 1L we charge £5.

2) If, for any reason, you can't wait, we can send Urrah with UPS.
